HELP with Formula

I am trying to calculate the amount of time (minutes) it takes to stuff a bag - and need a formula to make a chart. The information I have is:

8 people are stuffing
8 hours (8x60=480 mins)
400 total bags stuffed.

Please keep in mind that I do NOT want how many bags stuffed per minute - but how many minutes each bag took to get stuffed in the 8 hour time frame. I will need the formula if someone could please help me out!!

I assume is 480/400=1.2
So is 1 minute and 20 sekund per each bag.

That would be accurate if only one person were doing the stuffing. Since we have 8 people, it is incorrect and the time taking the time to stuff each bag is considerably longer. Not sure how to calculate the people in.

Sorry you right so:
=(8*60*8)=3840/400=9.6

So to stuff one bag took 9.6 minutes
