Cell A7 contains a value (such as 1000) which represents the number of calls made. Cells B3:B12 contain a list of customers, cells C3:C12 contain a percentage, the total of which adds up to 100%.
If I wanted to remove Customer 8 how can I amend the formula so that each of the other customers receive the 220 based on their percentage? So in theory, the 220 will all be allocated to the other customers?
Customer 1 10.00% 100
Customer 2 3.00% 30
Customer 3 12.00% 120
Customer 4 23.00% 230
1000 Customer 5 12.00% 120
Customer 6 5.00% 50
Customer 7 6.00% 60
Customer 8 22.00% 220
Customer 9 2.00% 20
Customer 10 5.00% 50
100.00% 1000
I've tried allocating the 220 items based on the other customers, but this then leaves 48.4 not reallocated. Hope this makes sense?
