Help with hiding sheets

I have a main sheet that is my main menu, then about 40 supporting sheets, my main page is always copying and psating data to those sheets, is there a way to make the other sheets not visable but still when macro are ran they can find and access them. I know i can simply hide and unhide them every time but that will take forever to write all the code is there a simpler way

Correct me if I am wrong but I wasn't aware that a sheet needed to be visible while the VBA pastes to it.
