Hi all, I have exhausted all my formulas as they all keep coming up with the #NAME? error or #VALUE? error. I need to calculate two seperate dates from a date in column AI, based on conditions in column J and Z.

Date in column AM
If J3 equals "serious" and Z3 equals "prospective" and AI>0 the date will be 10 working days from column AK
If J3 equals "non-serious" and Z3 equals "prospective" and AI>0 the date will be 20 working days from column AK
If Z3 equals "retrospective" and AI>0 the date will be 10 working days from column AK (this is regardless of the value in J3)

Date in column AO
If J3 equals "serious" and Z3 equals "prospective" and AI>0 the date will be 10 working days from column AM
If J3 equals "non-serious" and Z3 equals "prospective" and AI>0 the value will be "N/A"
If Z3 equals "retrospective" and AI>0 the date will be 10 working days from column AM (this is regardless of the value in J3)

Any help would be much appreciated!!! Thank you!

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
