Help with IF and Named Range formula

What am I doing wrong with my formula? I have the date in cell D4, and want the formula to look into my named range called Holidays and if D4 is a holiday and is the same date that is cell B19, Sheet 1, I want it to return a blank, otherwise I want it to return "Job 1". I get an error VALUE#

=IF(AND(D$4=Holidays,D$4='Sheet 1'!$B$19),"", "Job 1")
