I am new to excel, and would like some help. I have a workbook that has one worksheet that I use for a daily balance sheet and another worksheet for a monthly spreadsheet. I use the daily balance sheet to balance my office everyday so the figures are cleared and entered daily. I would like to link some of the daily total figures to my monthly spreadsheet which has a column for each day of the month. I know how to paste the link for the cells I need, but my problem is how can I keep them from changing when I change the figures in the source cell the next day? Every day of the month will have a different total for cash and stock and I need these numbers to remain unchanged after the linked value is shown for that particular day, on my monthly spreadsheet. Your help would be greatly appreciated/
