Hello,

I would greatly appreciate help with a macro. I currently have a drop down list for three items: USA, UK, and Europe. There is a specific range of cells that once the region is selected, I would like the currency symbol to change to the appropriate symbol.

I'm completely new to macros, but I was able to create Ctrl + (letter) functions for the different currency symbols, but I would like to have them change automatically once the region is selected.

Is this possible, and if so can you please help?

Many many thanks,
Jason

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
You are actually better off with a hotkey like you set up/ If you put it in the selection change event, it will run the evauluation everytime the user moves the cursor. Selection change events tend to slow things down.

But if you want, rightclick on the worksheet in question, select view code. Then you will notice two dropdown menus. One will say general, the other will say declarations. Change the general to Worksheet, and then use the declaration menu to select the event you want (Such as selection change) and then put your code in the fuction it will generate.
