I'm using 2003,

I have a workbook with 5 worksheets,

On sheet one in column A I have a list of names (2000 names)(this would be master sheet)

On each of the other four sheets I have a list of names (number of names varies) but always in column A

Now what I need is on sheet one if the name in column A is on any other sheet (sheet 2 thru sheet 5) I need to strike thru the letters of that name, (this would show that the name has been used) I have this done with conditional formatting using a named range.

Also if the name on sheet 1 is on more than one sheet (sheet 2 thru 5) I would like to some how show that it has been used more than once. (turn cell a color to show used more than once)

This is the problem due to conditional formatting if the first condition is meet then the second condition dosen't show up (this is where I need help!!!)

Thanks in advance
Rick

Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
Make the first condition where the name occurs more than once.
It shows strike-through and red font color.

The second condition is name occurs just once.
It shows just strike-through and black font color.
