I have a query with a column called mailOutDate. This field is set to a "ShortDate" format. I'm trying to isolate each part of the date to be used separately in a report. I have successfully used the "left" and "right" expression to isolate the month and year into their respective columns MM and YYYY but, can't figure out how to isolate the Day. Since the Day can be either one or two digits I end up getting a slash for one of the characters when its a single number day.

Any suggestions on how to make this work?

Thanks!

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
