Here is the code i have...i have it in This Workbook.

Private Sub Workbook_SheetChange(ByVal Sh As Object, ByVal Target As Range)
With Sheets("Sheet3")
If .Range("F10").Value And .Range("K10").Value <> "" Then
MsgBox "SHIP DATE AND DUE DATE HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY SET"
Unload CALENDAR ' this is the name of a UF
End If
End With

But...any time i make a change afterwards the msgbox appears. I am sure it has to do with the fact that it is because of the _SheetChange.

I don't know where to put this code.

Please let me know if you need more information.

or

Call MsgBox("SHIP DATE AND DUE DATE HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY SET", vbExclamation Or vbSystemModal, Application.Name)

Modal should stop it moving on until acknowledged

you are calling a work SHEET change event so it needs to be on the sheet, or called from there, not the work BOOK
