Help with needed with searching for a number in this cell 56,57,58,59)

Hi all

I need to search one column for a number (column 4 ), then if that number is found search another column ( column 3) for another number. The only problem is the second search has this info ( 56,57,58,59) in the cell.


i then want to copy and paste the row into another page.


Any ideas please?
