Help with Percentage Formula

Hello Excel Experts

My wife and I are tracking our body fat percentage loss in excel and I'm racking my brain trying to figure how to calculate the percentage decrease. We have a smart scale that shows us our body fat % so

Lets say cell A1 = 30.6% which is my body fat for 2020-10-01
Lets say cell B1 = 29.5% which is my body fat for 2020-10-15

I'm looking for a formula in cell C1 that tells me the percentage decrease between 30.6% and 29.5%
