Help with Pie chart

I have created a pie chart which shows a segment for East-20%, West-50% & Central-30% and I want to show another pie splinting off from West showing the Cities which make up the 50%, A bit like pie of pie but instead of other like within pie of pie I want to just show the 3 regions within the first pie and the second pie show the break down of the 50%. How do I go about doing this?

can you not just insert a new pie chart but change the data source?
