I have a sheet with all the data, and wanted to summarise the data in a pivot table, but I am stuck with the following situation.

In the data sheet, I have columns in the order of 1) Issuer Name, Moody's, S&P, Market Value, % of Invested and various other data calculation.

What I am hoping to see in the pivot table is in Col A Issuer Name, Column B the Moody rating, Col C the S&P Rating, Col D the market value

Problem is for the Moody rating it always shows the calculation, even though i had selected no calculation? Tried dragging teh Moody to the row in pivot table, it then appears as a separate row under the issuer name, which is not what I want.

Can anyone help?
