Help with pivot table

Good morning,
how do i create a pivot table for the following:

1. Compare all four location showing the each weekly and Monthly values.
2. Compare the monthly KWH for each location.
3. Compare the values for locations y and a.

Excel Facts

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Hi Island Girl,
if you want that info in a Pivot Table you'd first have to standardize that information into one big table. E.g.:
Location - week - persons - estimated kwh
x - 1-6 nov 16 - 19 - 38,000 * nr of days in week / nr days in month?
x - 7-13 nov 16 - 38 - 38,000 * nr of days in week / nr days in month?
y - 7-13 nov 16 - 5 - 15,000 * nr of days in week / nr days in month?
etc...

Once you have your data in that format, you can use it as a source of a pivot table and after that you can generate the tables/reports you're looking for.
