Help with Pulling Unique Values

I have a spreadsheet for budget forecasting that I need to pull into another sheet in a format to copy and paste into an access database. I need to sum the number of workers inputted for each unique project, craft, and time period. I have attached an example and on the second sheet I have put a sample of what the successful extraction would look like. Any help is greatly appreciated!
