Can someone tell me how I would rank the following? I want to show who had the top agent satisfaction on their surveys.

Unit Name Agent Sat # Samples
6 A S. 100% 11
4 MF 100% 14
12 AY 100% 16
12 BB 100% 16
8 RL 95% 19
4 RM 92% 13
8 CR 92% 13
4 JV 90% 10
4 LB 90% 20

What does samples mean?

Seems like you want to create a weighted average. For example 12 units sold with 100% satisfaction (1200%) would rank higher than 6 units sold with 100% satisfaction (600%). Then, simply sort by the weighted average (units x percentage of satisfaction).
