Help with References to another Workbook

I got the references set up and it pulls the data from the other workbooks properly.

The problem I am having is if a user updates on of the child workbooks, the parent workbook doesn't show the updated value.

The parent workbook cells contain the reference formulas linked to the child workbooks. If I retype in the formula and his enter, it grabs the updated value, but using CalculateFull doesn't seem to do the same. Am I missing some simple Application. call to cause it to update all references to other workbooks?

Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
