Help with structuring data for Power View in Excel 2013

I'm trying to use Excel 2013 through Power View to visualise customer data on a geographical map, but I don't think I've structured the data properly to begin with, as I'm having trouble with the resulting Power View map.

My spreadsheet lists country, region, organisation type, site name, organisation name, department, discipline, account number and postal code.

However, each organisation can have multiple sites, each of which can have multiple departments, which themselves can have multiple disciplines, which have an associated account number.

These are currently represented on single rows that I've just been filtering in Excel to show all sites against an organisation and all departments against a site etc.

When I try to show the data as a Power View map, I can only show it by postal code and trying to add other filters seems to remove the data points from the map.

The more I try to work with the spreadsheet, the more I think I haven't structured the data properly in order to show the information in the way I need, so any advice at all would be gratefully received.

This is also my first post, so apologies if I haven't provided all of the necessary information and let me know if I can supply any further details in support of my request.

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
