Help with Table References in Conditional Format

My table (tblexpense) has column headers Jan - Dec. I understand that if I want to sum row in table I can use reference =sum(tblExpense[@[Jan]:[Dec]]). How can I create conditional format to highlight any cell in table row if the value exceeds a budget threshold I've set for that expense?

Is this possible or would I have to create a rule for every individual cell?

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
Would the threshold be the same for every cell in the table?
