I'm missing a few parts to this macro and any help would be appreciated.
  1. I need to paste only the value.
  2. The value is being pasted into a table, so it need to go into the next available row, not the bottom of the table.

Sub CopyRange()
With Sheets("Sheet2")
Sheets("Sheet1").Range("A1:X1").Copy .Cells(.Rows.Count, "A").End(xlUp).Offset(1)
End With
End Sub

How about
VBA Code:
   Dim UsdRws As Long
   With Sheets("Sheet2")
      UsdRws = .Range("A:A").Find("*", , , , xlByRows, xlPrevious, , , False).Row
      Sheets("Sheet1").Range("A1:X1").Copy .Cells(UsdRws, "A").End(xlUp).Offset(1)
   End With
