hi to all....i have a work book with work sheet that are link to this some sheet.....i would like to show no values until the info is add....if you look at the following rows K,L,M &N you see the error i would like to show as 0...L,M sum up to N so how can i show no value in this cell ....

This formula:

=SUM(M6+L6)

is equivalent to:

=M6+L6

If either or both of the referenced cells contain a non-numeric entry like "" the formula will return #VALUE!.

But if you reference a range like this:

=SUM(L6:M6)

Excel ignores any text entries.
