Hi all,

into "C9" I need input ONLY 4 % values:

0
4%
10%
22%

with vba I can't get european format: 0,04 not 0.04 (comma NOT dot)

With Range("C9").Validation
.Delete
.Add Type:=xlValidateList, AlertStyle:=xlValidAlertStop, Operator:=xlBetween, Formula1:="0;0,04;0,1;0,22"
.IgnoreBlank = True
.InCellDropdown = True
.InputTitle = ""
.ErrorTitle = "Error VAT!"
.InputMessage = ""
.ErrorMessage = "Attention % Iva ok are:" & Chr(10) & "0" & Chr(10) & "4" & Chr(10) & "10" & Chr(10) & "22"
.ShowInput = True
.ShowError = True
End With

Any ideas?

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Does this help? Also AFAIK your code will work once you change those setting
