I am a dropshipper and use excel for everything what iI can't Figuer out is how to convert a decimal weight to pounds and ounces. I needs the pounds in one colum and the oz in another. the other issue i have is wil over 1 milling images file names i need to be able to have excel highlight the Duplect filenames so that i may remove only the onnes they are not Duplect example shown below of my excel sheet

What is the unit of your UNITWEIGHT? They're very small numbers so are they kilograms? Pounds, so for your example they'll all be zero pounds and decimal ounces?
None of the image filenames appear to be duplicated.

the weight is in lbs
and i need to add the images filnams from a zipfolder yet to match up with the csv

I've changed the test data to more easily fit the screen and changed some weights to get a better set of tests. I've assumed you can't have decimals on the ounces so the calculations are rounded.

I don't understand the comment about a csv file but the Conditional Format formula will highlight any duplicates in the INETIMAGE column.
