Code:
Sub PageSetup()
Dim LastRow As Long
Dim LastColumn As Range
LastRow = ActiveSheet.Range("A60000").End(xlUp).Row
Set LastColumn = Range("IV1").End(xlToLeft)
With LastColumn
ActiveSheet.PageSetup.PrintArea = "A1:(LastColumn)"
End With
End Sub

Im am completely stuck, attempting to set print area based to only the cells with data in them.

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Try:

Code:
Dim LastRow As Long
Dim LastColumn As Integer
LastRow = ActiveSheet.Range("A65536").End(xlUp).Row
LastColumn = ActiveSheet.Range("IV1").End(xlToLeft).Column
ActiveSheet.PageSetup.PrintArea = "A1:" & Cells(LastRow, LastColumn).Address

Or,
Code:
ActiveSheet.PageSetup.PrintArea = "A1:" & [A1].SpecialCells(xlCellTypeLastCell).Address

But, realize that, in the latter, the "last cell" does not update until you exit Excel...
