Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
This looks very much like homework.
I think you will find that most members are not willing to do your homework for you.
They may give you some hint to point you in the right direction, like was done on another one of the questions you posted today, but we expect you to try to take those hints and work on it yourself.
