In Column A I have Base Salary.

In Col B, I have Base Salaries Fully Loaded which is Base Salary with Benefits, Taxes, FUTA, SUTA, etc. Some of the Load Factors are Fixed Percents, other are Static Amounts.

I have approximately 30,000 Rows of these Salaries.

In another WS!, I have a Template whereas I can enter the Base Salary and at the bottom, it gives me the Fully Loaded Salary. This new amount goes in Col B, manually.

What I don't want to do is enter Base Salary 30,000 by hand. I'd like to do a Fill Down or something like that. Maybe a VLookUp.

Suggestions..........thanks

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
Suggestion - describe in a little more detail exactly how your data is set up, what calculation you want performed etc..

more info please!
