Hi everyone! Need help with scatter with smooth lines and markers...

I was thinking maybe we can use this scatter chart typr to make the tick of the clock in some way but wasn't sure how i can learn or go ahead with it ...tried couple ways but in vain.... Maybe i'm not doing it the right way.
What i want is with every tick of the seconds in excel I want the chart arrow or something like that to pick up the time and tick tock tick tock ....

Please advice if you have any idea.
