I have a report I run Monday and Friday. The Friday report has four columns of data (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu) and the Monday report has only three (Fri, Sat, Sun.)

I'd like to have the first column hide itself automatically and show only three columns for my Monday report, and unhide that first column to show all four for my Friday report.

Is there a way to do this with conditional formatting? Or is VBA my only option?

Thanks!

Difference between two dates
Secret function! Use =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"Y")&" years"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"YM")&" months"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"MD")&" days"
Conditional Formatting can hide entries (essentially, make them invisible by setting the font color to match the background color), but it cannot hide rows or columns.
You would need VBA to do that.

If you want help with that, please provide us more details (i.e. what columns these are in and which column should be hidden, etc).
