234
283
282
389
464

I have a combo box that lets me select 1 through to 5. When I select 1 I want all the rows that start with a 1 to be hidden. when I select 2 i want all the rows that start with 2 to be hidden. the number abover are set and will not change.

Can anyone help me do this please. Keep it simple as my VBA in excel is pretty poor.

Just a quick question about what you are trying to do.

Is it the rows that you want hidden i.e when the combobox is 1 hide rows 100 to 199 or :

Is it when a cell contains a number that begins with a 1 that you wnat to hide that row?
