Simple question I think.

I know how to hide single columns or rows, but how do you hide all columns or rows outside of a specified range?

Basically I just want to create a switchboard type page.

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple

sorry have been away on holiday. I couldn't work out how to just delete the empty rows, so as the sheet was reasonably basic (luckily), I just deleted the sheet and then recreated it without accidently activating so many cells.
