I have a macro to show a comment if value in D25 <> 0 on sheet "Dep"

where the value <> 0, the comment must be hidden, if zero comment to show

Where there is a zero or a value comment still shows

It would be appreciated if someone could assist me in resolving this

Code:
 Sub Comments()
With Sheets("Dep")
        If .Range("D25").Value = "0.00" Then
            Sheets("Dep").Range("D25").ClearComments
            Exit Sub
        Else
            With Sheets("Dep").Range("D25")
                .ClearComments
                .AddComment
                .Comment.Visible = True
                .Comment.Text Text:="Depreciation not yet processed"
                .Comment.Shape.Select True
                With Selection
                    .ShapeRange.IncrementLeft -65#
                    .ShapeRange.IncrementTop 40#
                    .ShapeRange.ScaleHeight 0.85, msoFalse, msoScaleFromTopLeft
                    .ShapeRange.ScaleWidth 0.95, msoFalse, msoScaleFromBottomRight
                End With
            End With
        End If
    End With

End Sub

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
Probably because you have entered "0.00" as a text string, try removing the double quotes.
