Hide EVERYTHING but the cells, can it be done?

OK, so, I need to tap some excel wizardry on this. I want everything (menu bar, tools, ribbon, the works) hidden. I only want the cells and maybe a scroll bar to be seen. I linked an image of what I imagine it to look like.
