Looking for some help.

i would like to add the capability of expanding/hiding a range of cells within my spreadsheet on Excel 2013.

I forget the name of the function but, when enabled, you have a expander function on the left hand margin with '+' symbols allowing you view and then hide a cell range.

hope this makes sense.

regards
Neil

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Have a look at
Data >> Outline >> Group
OR
Data >> Outline >> Subtotal
