I have created a spreadsheet which will only display the formula in a cell. How do I hide the formula and display the value behind the formula.

Any help would be great.

Thanks. Unfortunately I've got Excel2002 on XP. When I follow this action it resizes the columns on my spreadsheet

that happes on mine also. just adjust the columns to what you want. if you need to switch between the 2 viesw, use the macr recorder to generate the code that sizes the columns to what you want.

maybe your cells are formatted as text. try this.
in a cell that displays the formula, choose 'format cells' and choose format number>general.
select the cell with the formula and press F2 to edit the cell. Hit enter.
does that work?
