hey Guys,

I need your help again. I have a balance sheet. I shows all ledgers a company has for each month. The data is looked up from a different sheet. A lot of ledgers have a balance of 0. If all moths have a 0, I want to hide the row. I even one of the months has a number other than zero in it, the row needs to unhide itself.

Example

In this case, I want the the rows that contain 1700, 1800 and 1900 to hide itself

Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)

How about using a total column and then using an auto filter set to “Does not equal 0”
