Hi,

This should do it:

Private Sub Workbook_Open()

Sheets(1).Visible = False

Dim Password As String

Password = InputBox("Please Type in Password:")

If Password = 12345 Then
Sheets(1).Visible = True
Else
Sheets(1).Visible = False
End If

End Sub

HTH,

Assuming you want to hide the sheet from the end-user and only un-hide it yourself, first hide the sheet and then password protect the Workbook.

Tools/Protection/Protect Workbook
