Hide / Unhide Rows Based on Checkbox and text box input.

Sorry! If I'm not in the right post. Please Help I'm very new to Vba.


I need to Hide / Unhide rows when the User Inters a Word or Number in the textbox1 and checks the Checkboxs1 and hide all rows that does Not contain that word or number and Unhide when the checkbox is Unchecked. I need this to look at the hole sheet.


Example :: If user inters Alarm or Emergency Light in textbox1 and checkbox1 is checked then it need to hide all rows that do not contain that word or number. This needs to be any word used or number used in any cell, row or column.

Excel has a built in feature that does this called "Filter". You would save a lot of time by leveraging the built in features:
