Hiding a checkbox

Here is my question:

I have a form page that has two check boxes. What I would like to do is if one check box is checked, it hides the other. Is there a simple way to do this?

Something like this:

        CheckBox2.Visible = <SPAN style="color:#00007F">False</SPAN>
    Else: CheckBox2.Visible = <SPAN style="color:#00007F">True</SPAN>
    <SPAN style="color:#00007F">End</SPAN> <SPAN style="color:#00007F">If</SPAN>
<SPAN style="color:#00007F">End</SPAN> <SPAN style="color:#00007F">Sub</SPAN></FONT>
