Hello All,

I have been looking how to hide the column headings (A,B,C,D etc) and Row Headings (1, 2, 3, 4 etc.) from a Worksheet/Workbook in Excel 2003.

I have googled it, however it seems as the only way to do it is to change the settings of Excel, this would not work if the file is opened on another PC.

I am sure it can be done as I have seen it, somewhere.

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
to do it
1) from Tools --> option
2) from tab View in Option Unchecked "Row & Column headers"
3) then ok

or use this code to do it

Private Sub Workbook_Open()
ActiveWindow.DisplayHeadings = False
End Sub
