Hiding Columns and fill color changes

Hello.
I use Excel daily but will admit I never have the need to write codes or even use macros. However, we now have a shared workbook with about 70 sheets (these represent each employee). The workbook is basic and worked well last month.
I recreated it this month and it's not so smooth...)

First, it wouldn't let the others save and ended up making some other version. Now we have the original working and didn't loose any info. Each row is separated by a fill color, the colors have all changed to very Bright annoying colors and for the life of me I can't get it to go back. Well, maybe if I went to every sheet and refilled each row.... not something I want to do. So my question is this, is there a way to make Example: Row 11 in every sheet change to a different muted color??

Also, I need to hide about 30 columns in every worksheet, just to print. Is there away to do that once for every sheet or do I have to do it manually each time?

Thank you & yes I am definitely not technologically brilliant. :)

How can you automate Excel?
Press Alt+F11 from Windows Excel to open the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) editor.
Click on the 1st sheet tab to select it
While holding down the Shift key, click on the last sheet tab
This will select all the sheets
Now if you change formatting (cell colors, hide rows, etc.) on one sheet, it will do the same thing to all the selected sheets.
