Hiding columns if certain rows do not have value from range after auto filter.

Hi, looked about for a previous query but can't find one that fits. I have built a skills matrix for several teams and have summarised every team into a location wide summary on one sheet using index and match formulae. But this has created a 116 column (skills) x 200 row (staff) table.

This is too big to be easily useable. I can auto filter to be able to look down the rows at a team, but this still leaves 116 columns across for the skills, of which only 20 are likely to be present on any team.

What I want to do is hide columns that do not have a value of 1, 2, 3 or 4 (the range of skill levels is 1 - 4, not trained are left blank and generate a 0 or #N/A value on the summary sheet) between rows 20 and 218 of columns C to DN after an auto filter.

Any help would be appreciated.
