Hiding columns in n number of excel sheets at a single shot

Hi,

I have to hide some 30 unused columns in many excel sheets. Can we do this using macro for all the excel sheets at a time instead of opening every excel file and doing this activity.
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
