Hi Gang, I have one of those duh! questions.
I'm trying to show summaries (one lines) on a single worksheet, then have the ability to click on a plus sign(button) and show the detailed lines of info. I've seen it done in other spreadsheets and wondered. (how did they do that?) anyone know? (got a feeling I'm the only one who does'nt) thanks in advance

Jim

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
Two ways to do it - either subtotals or grouping. Subtotals to add, grouping to hide detail without a formula driven answer.

Both are found under the "data" part of the toolbar.

Good luck.
