Is there anyway to quickly choose to hide all items on a pivot table and then jsut click the one's you want to include instead of picking the ones you want to hide. I have a database with maybe 4000 employees on it. Sometimes i might want to have the pivot table to show only 50 of them. To do so I would have to click on 3950 to hide instead of clicking on 50 that I want to show. The ctr-a does not seem to highlight them all to hide.
