I am trying to hide most of the rows in a sheet but when I attempt to do so I get the following errror message "cannot shift object off sheet".

Can anyone give me a pointer to correct this.

Thanks.

You can also:

1. Click the draw button to reveal the draw toolbar
2. Click the arrow (mouse-pointer) icon
3. Draw an imaginary square around where you think the image is
4. Release the mouse and press the Delete key.

thanks for the code but I would not even be sure where to stick it, in module 1 in VB?
yes just paste in a "normal" module
then from your menu tools / macro / macros ==> choose (from list): run

nbrcrunch,
sometimes it's difficult to convert myself from VBA to manual work :)
thanks for this simple method
