Ok, Here I go again.

I have several lines of text that are hidden from view by formatting the test the same color as the sheet.

When I print the sheet the text prints out .
how can I keep those lines from printing?

Excel Facts

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
How about a custom format of ;;; for each cell you want to hide?

Sorry for the confusion.

Select the cells you want to hide.
Select Format-->Cells.
On the Number tab, under category select CUSTOM.
In TYPE enter ";;;" (no quotation marks) as your format. This will cause your cells to appear blank and will not print the contents either.
