Hiding rows and inserting rows instead

Hi.

I am absolutely new to the micros and trying to figure the best way to do the following:

I have a filter in column A which is showing values 0, 1 & 2.
-The formula will give me a 0 if the corresponding cell in column B is 0 and 1 if other then 0
-2 is manually entered for the rows which are constantly visible.

Micros need to filter by 1 and 2 only and replace all the 0 rows by inserting blank rows.

How to tell the micros to insert between the last filtered row with 1 and before A75 blank rows with the same formatting, but no values equaling the amount of rows which will be hidden with the value 0.

Thank you in advance.

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
It would be much better if you'd put the file with example (what you have and what you want) to some cloud storage.

Hi. Not sure if this image of the file is better example.
In Column A if you filter you have options of 0, 1, 2 & 3.

If 0 the whole tow will be hidden. If 1 the row will remain visible. If 2 is a manual antry for the mandatory visible rows. 3 is a blank row copying the format but have no values.
What I need to acheave: I need to insert rows like row 3 equal to the amount of the rows which are 0 (will be hidden). No mater how many rows with 1 I have (visible) I will need to insert automagicly the blank rows to replace the hidden once and then to perform the filter selecting 1,2 &3, excluding 0.I hope this makes a bit more sence? Thank you.
