Hiding sheets yet still can work on them

Hello experts!

I have a VB macro to copy / paste and manipulate worksheet data yet I want to visually hide from the user the screen hopping from one worksheet to another. I use the Visible method to hide, yet disallows any work on the sheet...unless my inexperience is hindering me. I'm too new and inexperienced to go further. Can you help?

How About:

Sub Macro()
    Application.ScreenUpdating = False
    ...
    Your code here...
    ....
    Application.ScreenUpdating = True
End Sub

Screenupdating stops the user seeing what is happening to the workbook while the macro is running. And it speeds up the macro.
