Here is the formula, just need it to be blank until the values are entered. Thank you.

=IF(Formulas!D8>Formulas!G8,Formulas!A8*(D12+E12),C12*(D12+E12))

Who is Mr Spreadsheet?
Author John Walkenbach was Mr Spreadsheet until his retirement in June 2019.
Once all your numbers are input if you then delete them your formula returns 0.

Else something like
=IF(ISERROR(IF(Formulas!D8>Formulas!G8,Formulas!A8*(D12+E12),C12*(D12+E12))),"",IF(Formulas!D8>Formulas!G8,Formulas!A8*(D12+E12),C12*(D12+E12)))

Cell A8 on Formulas must be blank Try:

=IF(Formulas!A8<>0,IF(ISERROR(IF(Formulas!D8>Formulas!G8,Formulas!A8*(D12+E12),C12*(D12+E12))),"",IF(Formulas!D8>Formulas!G8,Formulas!A8*(D12+E12),C12*(D12+E12))),"A8 is blank")
